Adrian and Hiro pushed through Camp 1 to the crux of the climb this morning, gaining 3,000 ft of elevation. Adrian, Hiro and a team of high altitude Sherpa set the route and the fixed lines. It was an amazing day of climbing for Adrian, establishing ladders and many technical systems, and he is thrilled, and now getting much needed rest. The rest of the climbers made their first push up to Camp 1 and returned to basecamp. Rest day today.
