Another update via Satellite Phone:

“The whole team has achieved the Col Camp at 18,200ft. From Moraine Camp at 16,000ft this has been a tough ice climb, and our team members took just 3.5 to 6 hours to get up here. A really great effort by all and a sign of how strong this whole team is. From here, we can choose to climb Alpamayo, or branch off to the neighboring summit of Quitaraju. Right now, our plan is to take a rest day tomorrow, and climb on up Alpamayo for a summit on Tuesday, July 21st. Stay tuned for more news as it happens!”
