Jaime and Cliff called and reported that everyone on the Ecuador climb has arrived safe and sound. They’re excited to climb! Today they walked around Quito, touring the city and acclimatizing to the higher altitude. Sight-seeing in Quito, shopping, and checking out local restaurants is a great way to begin to acclimatize and after exploring the city, they will further acclimatize on some of the peaks surrounding Quito.

We’ve got a great team in Ecuador right now and we’re psyched to follow along on their adventure. Ecuador is an introductory climb and is a great trip to follow in order to get a sense of what it’s like for our climbers as most of them set out on their first big mountain expedition!
