The team on Denali is looking forward to moving to High Camp and they are hopeful there will be a break in the weather for a summit attempt. Snow, clouds, and wind have been pummelling the mountain making it difficult to establish themselves higher. On Saturday, Chad and Joe moved up fixed lines to acclimatize and get some exercise but came back down to 14 Camp for a rest day on Sunday. Very few people have been summiting. As of today (Monday), Chad and Joe are waiting for a break in the weather to move to 17 Camp to make their summit bid. Stay tuned to find out when they make their move.
