Satellite phone call from Adrian this evening. 5 members of the group made it up to Camp 2 (6400m) in difficult conditions. The team woke up at 3am to howling winds, went back to bed, but persevered at 8am. They set the route up again through a foot of newly fallen snow. The rest of the team made it to just below Camp 2. All slept at Camp 1 and raced down to Basecamp for a hot breakfast and rest day today. Tomorrow onward and upward.
